Steve is a Director for the Atlantic Northeast team and is responsible for loan originations across the country. Steve’s financial acumen and commercial real estate experience allows him to quickly identify his client’s financing needs and structure a loan to meet their requirements.

Steve started his career as a broker for H&R Block Financial Advisors and Northwestern Mutual where he completed his Series 6, 63 and Life, Accident and Health Licenses. From there Steve began working as an account manager for Superior Products, Inc. selling commercial building materials. This experience coupled with obtaining his Master’s Degree enabled him to start KASL Construction, a privately owned construction and investment company.

Since relocating to upstate New York, Steve focused on energy efficiency and became an LED Lighting Consultant for large commercial developments.Originally from Cape May, NJ, Steve has a B/S in Finance from Mount Saint Mary’s College and a Master’s degree from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia.
