Since joining US Realty Capital in 2008, Bryan has spearheaded the office’s loan origination and business development activities. Bryan has also brokered the entire capital stack to include Permanent, Construction, Mezzanine, Bridge, Joint Venture, and Equity funding for multi-tenant office, retail and industrial buildings, apartments, self-storage facilities, and hotels.

Bryan has successfully placed in excess of several hundred million dollars in debt and equity for projects all across the country. Capital sources include; credit companies, pension funds, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private funds, local, regional and national banks.

The attention to detail and market knowledge Bryan brings to every transaction has made him an invaluable resource to his clients. “What you will find with Bryan and his colleagues at US Realty Capital is that they truly put the needs on their clients first. Bryan attained his B.S. in Finance from West Virginia University. At WVU, Bryan went on to become an award winning linebacker and special team’s contributor for the nationally ranked Mountaineers.

Bryan’s professional affiliations include the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA).
