Chris is one of the founders and principals of U.S. Realty Capital and is based in Ohio-Michigan. He has over 25 years experience in commercial financing and other related business activities, as well as the educational background and expertise to provide certainty of close. Chris’s real estate experience along with his higher education make him an important part of the real estate finance team.
Financing requests for his Clients have included equity, mezzanine, construction, long term debt, and joint venture transactions. Capital sources include credit companies, pension funds, Wall Street conduits, banks, hedge funds, life insurance companies, private funds, and off shore capital sources. Product types financed include multi family, retail, industrial, office, hotel, single tenant and owner-occupied properties, self storage, parking garages, golf course properties throughout the United States.
An alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and University of Michigan College of Law where he received a J.D.
Chris is licensed in Ohio as an attorney. Chris is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and Ohio Mortgage Broker Association. He is also active in several charity organizations throughout Ohio-Michigan.
