Chris Vavrina, Director

In his role as Director with U.S. Realty Capital, Chris manages lending and structured finance activities for both debt and equity transactions across various asset classes including retail, industrial, office, multifamily, mixed-use and hospitality. Working with property owners and developers on a national basis, he is responsible for providing access to permanent, construction, bridge and mezzanine loans with floating or fixed rates, and forward commitments.

Prior to joining U.S. Realty Capital, Chris was a Vice President with J.P. Morgan’s financial institutions group where he consulted with mid-cap insurance providers, healthcare and corporate entities on their financial and operational objectives. Chris previously held FINRA Series 6, Series 63, Life Health and Accident Insurance licenses. With nearly 15 years of professional experience as an entrepreneur and in the financial industry, Chris brings a unique perspective to the team when evaluating the financing needs of his clients.

Chris is a member of the ICSC and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo. He was a member of the Division I men’s soccer team and was named to the Academic All-Mid-American Conference Team.
