Jason Moses, Financial Analyst

Jason Moses is a financial analyst in the Philadelphia office of U.S. Realty Capital. His responsibilities primarily include underwriting commercial properties, mortgage banking and business development.

Prior to U.S. Realty Capital, Jason gained experience at both Link Industrial Properties, a Blackstone subsidiary, located in Ft. Washington, PA and Keystone Property Group, a major real estate development firm based in Conshohocken, PA. During his time at Link Industrial, he worked as an intern helping evaluate and organize new lease agreements. While at Keystone Property Group, Jason worked with their accounting team and formed a strong understanding of the underlying financial and accounting practices from an ownership perspective of large real estate assets. He also gained experience interning with the University of Pennsylvania Health Systems in summer of 2018. At Penn he created and managed reports in Excel that assisted with financial decision making. In May of 2020, Jason completed his B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
