As a result of these strong relationships, we operate as a “one-stop shop” financing company, providing attractive construction/permanent loans, forward permanent commitments, bridge loans, redevelopment financing, credit tenant lease (CTL) mortgages, mezzanine debt, and traditional refinances.  In addition to debt financing, we can also arrange joint venture development and equity investments for qualified projects.
