The Pacific Northwest office of U.S. Realty Capital has operated in the Seattle area since 1990 originating loans on institutional quality commercial real to provide construction, long-term and bridge financing. Through a variety of capital sources, we have originated over $1 billion for typically $3-$50 million size loans secured by apartment projects, office, retail, industrial, credit tenant, and mixed-use properties. Customer focus and market knowledge combine to provide competitive options for each requirement.  For over thirty years Peter Ronald has been associated with the Mortgage Banker’s Association, ULI, NAIOP or ICSC chapters. He received a MBA Master Certification in 2003. Previously he worked in development at Burlington Northern Real Estate and a Silicon Valley leasing Broker with Wayne Mascia Associates. He attended Cornell University for a Real Estate Masters and MBA; years prior, U.C. Santa Barbara graduating honors with a BA in Business & Computer Science.
