Our target market is the placement of mortgages ranging from $3 million to $100 million for apartments, office buildings, retail, industrial, credit tenant properties, hotels, mobile home parks and mixed-use properties. Our office underwrites, originates, closes and services loans, providing value added services to both borrower and investor.
